MainStreetReviews provides a platform for businesses to:

  • Create a public review page for customers
  • Generate QR codes and shareable review links
  • Collect private customer feedback
  • Monitor review activity and related analytics where available

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Represent a legitimate business

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Send unsolicited or spam messages
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses

5. Subscription and Billing

Current Pilot: Access to the live review page, QR code, share link, and private feedback workflow we are validating with early restaurant teams.

Future paid plans, pilot pricing, and expanded features may be offered over time. Any pricing changes will be communicated before charges apply.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month
  • You can cancel anytime from your billing settings
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all customer data you upload. We claim no ownership rights to your content. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including:

  • CAN-SPAM Act (email marketing)
  • GDPR (EU data protection)
  • CCPA (California privacy)

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time.
